our shipping policy

We use the official United States Postal Service (USPS) carrier for domestic shipping  anywhere in the US.  Shipping charges will be calculated based on USPS prices for ground transportation.

All custom orders will take 5-6 days to complete before shipping due to wood stain, paint, and sealant drying times. We process all shipping orders as soon as your custom order is ready to ship. 

We ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame, please email designsbydruforyou@gmail.com, and we'll take a look!

You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification, (including a tracking number) once we've shipped your order. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order. Tracking information will typically be available within 48 hours. 

Most orders are customized and personalized for each client. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at designsbydruforyou@gmail.com. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. We will recreate all damaged products. Refunds are addressed on a case-by-case basis.
